Week 5 Physical Education 7-9

Please take time to complete the wellness wheel activity this week along with the three workouts posted below.

WOD 13 - Descending Ladder 10 down to 1 of Lunges, Push Ups, Sit Ups  (Complete 20 skips or 20 Jumping Jacks after each exercise.)

WOD 14- EMOM Every Minute on the Minute 5 Rounds

             30 second Plank, 15 Air Squats, 30 seconds of High Knees, 30 seconds of Butt Kickers

WOD 15- 30/30

             30 seconds of a sprint

             30 seconds walking

             30 Rounds
