2. Continue to track your nutrition this week (calories, carbohydrates, proteins and fats)
3. WOD 19- 30 Minute EMOM Level 1- 5 Burpees every minute Level 2- 8 Burpees every minute Level 3- 10 Burpees every minute
4. WOD 20- 20 second sprint/ 40 second walk for 20 Rounds
