Culinary Tech- Week 7

Good morning, if we were able to complete culinary tech in the classroom we would have been baking some bread. Since that is out of the question for us and you do not have your textbooks at home, I have summarized the chapter on Yeast Dough Production and included a couple questions at the end. If you have the ingredients at home and some time on your hands by all means attempt some bread making. Nothing makes the house smell any better. As always let me know how you make out and do not get frustrated if it doesn't turn out perfectly on the first try. As you will see there is a lot that goes into making bread.
