Basketball at NSER
Basketball season is well underway here at NSER. We have completed try-outs and teams have been selected. After a year's absence, the Senior High Boys Basketball team is running again under the guidance of coach Mrs. Sherry Manderville and Assistant Coach Mr. Robert Hambrook. The Senior High Girls Basketball team is being coached by Mr. Mitchell Linkletter and Assistant Coach Mr. Tracey Somers. Middle school basketball does not start until January 2010. Anyone interested in coaching our Middle school basketball teams are asked to please contact the school asap. Softball at NSER
We are well under way with another fun filled year of sports action at NSER. The NSER Senior Girls Softball team had a great season and were able to advance to Zones in Lamèque. The girls had a great tournament and an excellent season. Our sincere thanks go out to Mr. Jamie Somers and Mrs. Noeleta Somers for coaching the girls this year. Without the support of our coaches and parents we would not be able to run sports here at the school.
