On Friday, May 17^th 23 NSER students will participate in the NB High School Drag Racing Challenge at the Miramichi Dragway Park.  Friday beginning at noon students will have the track all to themselves to test and tune their cars.  On Saturday beginning at 10:00 am students will begin to prepare for the race and the burn out competition.  NSER is pleased that we will once again have both a male and female team.

Everyone is encouraged to stop by and visit with the teams and take in some driving action.

This year our fundraising efforts are needed to help cover the cost of rebuilding the motor in our 1974 GTO. This car has been the icon of Drag Racing for our school for many years and it is time for some repairs. As with all extracurricular activities, there is no school funding available and we must rely solely on the support of our community.  If you would like to help support the Drag Team please contact the school.
