Top four teams from the North and East went to Regionals, we were fourth in our North League going into Regionals, and we placed 2nd in our pool of 4 teams while at Regionals. In the crossover's we came out fourth in the NorthEast Division putting us into Provincials. The team head to Provincials Friday and Saturday, May 11th and 12th. Reminder that on May 2nd at 6:30 pm there will be a meeting for any parents who are interested in information about course offerings for next year. This meeting applies to current grade 10 and 11 students.
The Miramichi Kinsmen and School District 16 are pleased to
accept film entries for the second annual Kin Film Festival. All School
District 16 students are invited to participate. Films can be submitted
in one of two categories: Open and The Kinsmen Category (The Communities Greatest Need). The top 10
films in each category will be screened on May 12th, 2012 at Miramichi
Empire Studio 5. Cash prizes of $500, $250 and $100 will be awarded for
the winners in each category.
