The Arts Scholarship Program is designed to recognize and encourage New Brunswick students who are pursuing a career in the arts.  This program offers scholarships of up to 2500.00 for full time studies.  For more information or to apply visit http://artsnb.ca/oa. Through the generosity of Ronald V. Joyce, the University of New Brunswick has establishe the

Joyce Family Foundation Access Bursaries. The Joyce Foundation is proud to annually fund

high school entrance bursaries valued at $20,000 ($5,000 renewable per year for up to 4 years).

This support will assist young Atlantic Canadians (preference to New Brunswick residents)

achieve their academic goals. APPLICATION DEADLINE: April 6th, 2018

Applications are now available in teh Guidance area for the MacKay-MacMurray Scholarships.  These awards are open to residents of New Brunswick who demonstrate high academic standards, are interested in a career in Business, and who are graduateing in June 2018.  For more information see Mrs. Ward-Cain.  Deadline for applications is May 1st, 2018.

Mount Saint Vincent in Hlifax will be hosting its WInter Open House event on February 14th.  Students can ge tthe opportunity to meet faculty members, have a campus tour and sit in on classes.  On the spot admissions will also be available.  Students can register by going to www.msvu.ca/rsvp.

 On January 31st from 6pm to 7:30pm at the Rodd Inn hotel in Miramichi (Northwest Room), Oulton College will be there to talk to students who are still not sure what they want to do after grade 12 or would love to apply. There will be Admission Advisors on site to answer any questions the students or parents may have and they can do acceptance on the spot for the majority of their programs.  Refreshments for the evenings will be provided.

The University of King's COllege in Halifax offers a wide variety of scholarships to students to reward academic achievement and community involvement.  The value of these scholarships ranges from $400.00 to over $50,000.00. Information is now available online about the Schulich Leader Scholarship Program.  Applicants must be nominated by their school and meet at least two of the following criteria: academic excellence, leadership skills, and/or financial need.  Also, students must be planing to enrol in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) based university program at one of the participating post-secondary institutions.  For more information, visit SchulichLeaders.com.
