J. Dean McAllister Memorial Bursary

2023-2024 New Brunswick Public Colleges Entrance Scholarship All the students graduating in 2023 who plan to attend the Collège Communautaire du Nouveau-Brunswick (CCNB), the New Brunswick College of Craft and Design (NBCCD) or the New Brunswick Community College (NBCC) are eligible. Dairy Farmers of New Brunswick is offering a $1000 Entrance Scholarship in memory of individuals who have made an outstanding contribution to the dairy industry in New Brunswick. It is hoped that the young men and women who benefit from this scholarship will become tomorrow’s contributors to agriculture in this province.
Qualification Requirements
- Applicant must be a resident of the province of New Brunswick.
- Applicant must be enrolled in a university degree program related to agriculture or the dairy industry, including but not necessarily limited to plant and animal science, agricultural engineering, veterinary science, agricultural economists, etc.
- Applicant must be entering first year of study in an approved university degree program.
Applications Must Include:
- Completed Application form;
- A 300-500 word essay concerning the applicant’s future plans and how they relate to the agricultural industry;
- Two letters of recommendation from teachers;
- A transcript of marks.
