From September 27th to October 1St it is Truth and Reconciliation week in our district, because of this, ASD-N has created a challenge across the district to complete an act of reconciliation with your class, friends or individually. See Mrs. Foran for submissions or ideas!
On Wednesday, Sept 29th, NSER will be lighting a sacred fire in remembrance of those lives who never made it home from Residential School. The fire will be burning from 10 until 2.
On September 30, 2021, please wear orange in recognition and remembrance of the Indigenous children, families and communities who have suffered harm, and in honour of the lives lost at residential schools.
