The group took a trip to Tian Jin today.  We boarded the high speed train in Beijing and 35min later were in the coastal city of Tina Jin.  Tian Jin has been cited as one of 'the' cities to watch in China in the next few years for economic growth. The 'bullet' train lived up to it's name.  At some points along the route, speeds topped 320km/h! Much of our visit in Tian Jin involved checking out some of the shopping but we did see some interesting architecture and a wide variety of 'old world' mixed with 'new world'. Bonus1) Convert 320km/h into m/s.
