Week 9 Physical Education

1.  Continue to track your macros.  Carbohydrate, Protein and Fat.  A good percentage is about 40,30,30.

2.  Even if you did not sign up for the Virtual Olympics you could take a look at some to the events and pick ones that you would like to try.

WOD 21- A decreasing ladder from 10 to 1 of Burpees, Sit Ups and Air Squats.  After each round complete a 100m Run.

WOD 22-  AMRAP 20- 25 Skips/ Jumping Jacks, 20 Mountain Climbers, 15 High Knees, 10 Air Squats, 5 Burpees, 30 Second Plank

WOD 23- Sprint/Run- Sprint 20 seconds and Jog 40 seconds. 30 Minutes
