Welcome to week 6, I quickly want to clarify that it is not too late to complete the credit version of culinary tech (this is just an option) but if you are looking to get the credit as opposed to an enrolled on your report card I NEED to see your weekly work so please email me at deidre.underhill@nbed.nb.ca. Only completing the final cookbook assignment is NOT enough to satisfy the credit requirement.
