Week 6 of home learning will focus on finding the slope of a line from a graph or given two points.  Lesson 8 gives an explanation and examples of how to find the slope of a line from a graph or when given 2 points. Some of this may be familiar from science class. Work through the examples given in Lesson 8 then complete questions #1 to 16 on the Slope sheet and all questions on the Slope Problems sheet.. You will find extra practice questions in the textbook cited in the lesson if you are having difficulty with the assignment. I have also set up the class on Brain Genie.
