During March break our
library received a much needed facelift! With lots of hard work and planning
this change includes new paint, new furniture and new layout.
The new layout features more of a hang out area at the
front, work stations in the middle and book library at the rear of the
room.
We also decided to make book organization more user friendly for
students by placing them in thematic categories like "Romance" or
"Mystery and Suspense" rather than using the Dewey Decimal system.
The new feel is very inviting and has the room filled with happy readers and

Childhood Development is developing a standard province-wide report card for
grades k to 8 and is keen to have parental consultations. Please visit the web

NSER Safe Grad will be hosting a Merchandise Bingo on Sunday, March 30 at the Eel Ground Band Hall. Play begins at 2:00 pm. Prizes include Home & Kitchen Products, Decor and Much More. Everyone Welcome
Reports Cards will go home on Monday, March 31 and Parent Teacher Interviews will take place Thursday, April 3 (pm) and Friday, April 4 (am). There will be no school for students in Grade 7-12 on Friday, April 4th.If you have any additional questions please contact the school at 836-7000.
