NSER if very happy to receive a generous donation from the Miramichi Big Brothers Big Sisters Boys & Girls Club for our Breakfast Program.  With their help we are able to offer breakfast each morning for our students.  Thank you Big Brothers Big Sisters!

There will be a Parent Information Session on the New Report Card on Thursday October 20th at 6:30 in room 179.  There will also be a short PSSC meeting following this meeting.

Wednesday, November 2nd is "Take Our Kids to Work"  day across Canada.  On this day students in Grade 9 get the opportunity to visit the workplace of a parent, relative, neighbour or volunteer host.  This is an excellent opportunity for our students to learn more about the world of work and the connection between school and career. It is our hope that all of our students will be able to participate in this day, but sometimes circumstances do not allow for some students to visit their parent's workplace.  If you can help out by becoming a volunteer host, please contact Mrs.

Middle School Girls Soccer Team is off to a great start, they are working hard and eager to learn.  The first two games we took a loss (4-0 to Gretna Green and 2-0 to Harkins Middle School).  They are improving every game and having fun.   Go Cobras!
