In support of Mini We Day NSER Middle School Students will be collecting items for the Miramichi SPCA. We are looking for the following items; Dish Soap, Soft Dog Treats (Pepperoni sticks), Wet Dog Food, Laundry Soap, Kitchen Garbage Bags, Lysol Wipes, Bleach, Cat Toys, Monetary Donations, Kitty Litter, Whiskas Meaty Selections Dry Cat Food, Used collars, Old blankets. The donation box will be located in the lobby of the NSER from November 1- 26. The hours of drop off will be from 8-3 Monday-Friday.
NSER Safe Grad Students will be hosting a Haunted House on Friday, October 26th. Fraidy Cat hours for those a little scared can visit between 5:30 and 7:00. For those who enjoy Haunted Houses a little more, join us for the Fearless time between 7:30 and 9:00. The cost is $5 each and all money raised goes towards the 2019 Safe Grad Class.

The Provincial Government has proclaimed September 15th the second annual Becca Schofield Day. Rebecca Schofield, who lived in Riverview, started a campaign to encourage kindness after being diagnosed with terminal brain cancer in 2016.
People were asked to perform random acts of kindness and share them on social media using the hashtag #BeccaToldMeTo.
