The recipient will have demonstrated high academic achievement and financial need.

Criteria: Applicant must be a New Brunswick resident, be an exceptional student, and show interest in preparing for a career in business.

On Thursday, February 25 to Saturday, February 27, Mount Allison University will be holding its annual Winter Open House for prospective students and their families. This invitation also extends to any staff members at the school who are interested in learning more about the University.

A Schulich Leader Nominee represents the top entrepreneurial-minded STEM student in your graduating class and in turn becomes eligible to win a $100,000 or $80,000 scholarship.

This dynamic student demonstrates:

  1. Academic excellence, AND
  2. Leadership, charisma and creativity.

Strong consideration will be given to students with financial need.

Terry Fox Humanitarian Award

Terry Fox Awards are open to graduating secondary level students and those studying toward a first university degree or diploma in a Canadian post-secondary institution.

Mary Majka Scholarship

The Mary Majka Scholarship Fund was established in 2014 by Nature NB to honour the legacy of one of our founding members, Mary Majka, with the intent to further youth engagement with nature and our natural heritage.

Scholarships will be awarded in three distinct categories:

  1. High School graduate, upon entering an appropriate post-secondary education program;
  2. Post-secondary student who is already enrolled in an appropriate field of study; or
  3. Any student in middle or high school, for a project that is deemed appropriate according to the original mandate of the scholarship fund.Applications are accepted annually.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  The deadline to apply is March 31st of the current calendar year.  Please see web link for further information.
