In order to receive credit for Financial and Workplace Math 110, the weekly assignments posted on the my teacher page must be completed by the end of the week and sent to me via email . The first assignment required for credit being Sheet 5.1 Banking.
I will provide feedback on the assignments.

Week 3 of home learning will focus on using bank accounts. Notes with examples are included in the Banking Lesson . Please go through the lesson then complete Extra Practice Sheet 5.1. Extra questions from the textbook are included in the lessons if you wish to have more practice.

You will find extra practice questions in the textbook cited in the lesson if you are having difficulty with the assignment.

Week 3 of home learning will focus on common factoring and factoring simple trinomials. Lesson 4 provides a review of common factoring from where we left off in class. Lesson 5 explains how to factor simple trinomials. Work through the examples given in Lesson 4 & 5 then complete the common factoring worksheet and the two worksheets provided on factoring simple trinomials. You will find extra practice questions in the textbook cited in the lesson if you are having difficulty with the assignment. I have also set up the class on Brain Genie. If you wish to access extra questions from there please email me and I will send you a user name and password.

Week 3 of home learning will focus on writing and solving inequalities using addition and subtraction. We will be using Module 6. Please go through Focus 3 & 4 in the module and complete assignment 6.3 & 6.4. You will find extra practice questions in the textbook cited in the module if you are having difficulty with the assignment. I have set everyone up on Brain Genie also.
