Math 10 NRF Week 8

Week 8 of home learning will focus on writing and graphing linear functions using the slope-intercept form of equation. Lesson 10 gives an explanation and examples of how to write the equation of a line, graph the equation of a line and solve problems using the slope-intercept form of the equation. Work through the examples given in Lesson 10 then complete the sheet on Slope/Slope Intercept Form Practice. You will find extra practice questions in the textbook cited in the lesson if you are having difficulty with the assignment. I have also set up the class on Brain Genie. If you wish to access extra questions from there please email me and I will send you a user name and password.

Math 9 Week 8

Week 8 of home learning will focus on matching equations and graphs of linear relations . We will be using Module 7. Please go through Focus 4 in the module and complete BLM 4.4 . You will find extra practice questions in the textbook cited in the module if you are having difficulty with the assignment. I have set everyone up on Brain Genie also. Financial & Workplace Math 110 Week 7

Week 7 of home learning will focus on finding the interest and future value of an investment or loan using simple & compound interest. Notes with examples are included in the notes, Simple & Compound Interest Review. Please review the examples then complete BLM 5.3 Extra Practice Questions. Answers to BLM 5.3 are to be completed and submitted by Friday for students working on a credit in the course. Extra questions from the textbook are included in the lessons if you wish to have more practice.
